ADNET Selected as Recipient for 2008 Goddard Contractor Excellence Award

ADNET Systems has been selected as the recipient of the 2008 Goddard Contractor Excellence Award. The highly competitive honor is not awarded annually, only by merit. The evaluation committee examined a variety of factors: technical, schedule, and cost performance; education and outreach; diversity; health and safety initiatives; quality and productivity; management commitment to continuous improvement; and human resource utilization and strategic planning and long-term research and development that directly benefits Goddard’s mission and goals.

The evaluation committee examined performance in all of these factors for all applicants’ GSFC contracts over the past three years. ADNET was evaluated as the prime contractor on the Sciences and Exploration Data Analysis II (SESDA II), NASA Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Minority University – Space Interdisciplinary Network (MU-SPIN) contracts.

ADNET has supported GSFC since 1991. Recently, ADNET expanded its NASA Goddard portfolio to include work on the National Center for Computational Sciences (NCCS) contract and the GSFC Office of Human Capital Management (OHCM) contract.
