GLOMAS Award Announcement

ADNET Systems, Inc. has been awarded the Global Modeling and Assimilation Support (GLOMAS) contract by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to provide Earth and space science research and development at the Agency’s Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt, Maryland. GLOMAS is a single-award, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum value of $84 million over five years.

ADNET Systems is eager to continue delivering world-class science research, models, and data assimilation systems for Earth’s atmosphere, ocean, land surface, and cryosphere in support of GSFC’s Global Modeling and Assimilation Office (GMAO). The GMAO approaches its mission by advancing the science of Earth system modeling and data assimilation, especially through the use of NASA satellite data, for environmental analysis and prediction on timescales from weather to climate.

“All of us at ADNET are pleased and excited to continue our partnership with NASA, and we are honored to be selected as the GLOMAS contractor,” said Ashok Jha, President and CEO of ADNET. “This award is a direct validation of our talented, dedicated, and exceptional staff.”
