 ADNET provides Network Engineering and Operations support to the NASA Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) facility located in Fairmont, West Virginia operated by West Virginia University. ADNET designed, implemented and maintains daily operation of the network that includes network traffic monitoring.
Support includes an IT Support Desk to provide services to NASA civil servants, West Virginia University staff, and other supporting contractors.
The ADNET Support Desk is the primary point of contact for:
 Phone services and voice mail
Network services and connectivity
Remote access and video teleconferencing satellite TV
Desktop and application support
As part of our facility support efforts, we assist other tenants in assessing and devising installation plans (e.g. cooling, power, UPS, equipment placement/proximity) such as our support to the NOAA tenant in planning their installation of equipment for their National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) project.
