 ADNET provided administrative support services to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in New Orleans, Louisiana. The key project supported was the Thrift Savings Plan.
Under the USDA Thirft Savings Plan, ADNET assisted USDA in establishing a Personnel Plan. ADNET provided services such as resource planning, monitoring workload requirements and performance, recruiting, hiring, training, and skill certifications.
ADNET is also responsible for providing data entry services for the Thrift Savings Plan Project, including processing an average of 6,000 forms daily while maintaining error rates of below 5% of all forms processed.
