ADNET's Program Management Services provide our customers with responsive management based on our ISO 9001:2000 policies and procedures. We are committed to providing our customers with quality support and consequently established a Quality Control (QC) process that is documented in our corporate QC Plan. We perform Quality Assurance (QA) self-assessments on a quarterly basis, soliciting input from each staff member as a part of our continuing process improvement initiatives. We present our findings at quarterly reviews with the customer.
ADNET utilizes an automated contract and task order management reporting system to ensure that all requirements are met. This pc/web-based system provides:
Detailed tracking to the sub task level of all dates, costs, funds expended, funds remaining and narrative summary of all work completed.

Reports detailing technical performance, schedule performance, cost and monthly cost status reports, by project and task order are generated and distributed on time.

Skill category breakouts by total hours and activity type for both current period and year to date.

Invoice generation to include detailed information by task and labor category for both the current period and cumulative data which reflects hours and funds expended for the fiscal year to date.
